1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing share-channel.digital and enrolling in ShareChannel Digital Academy programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and partners in the Republic of Korea unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Services Description

We provide mentor-led IT courses, workshops, and related educational materials. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing on the website are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance from our admissions team and payment of applicable fees per your invoice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, participate respectfully in live sessions, and not distribute course materials to third parties without permission. You are responsible for meeting technical requirements stated for each course and for your own internet connectivity.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, labs, slides, recordings, and branding remain the property of ShareChannel Digital Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during your enrollment. Portfolio projects you create from your own code remain yours, subject to any third-party library licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrollment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff or participants, or non-payment. You may withdraw from a course according to our Refund & Cancellation policy. Upon termination, your license to access materials ends except where retention is required by law.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms with notice on this page and an updated last-modified date. Material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated by email when practicable. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms for new enrollments.
