Refund & Cancellation
1. Eligibility Overview
Refunds apply to tuition paid directly to ShareChannel Digital Academy for listed courses. Third-party fees, software licenses, and cloud usage you incur separately are non-refundable through us.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off
For online distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment if the course has not started and you have not accessed more than twenty percent of digital materials. Notify us in writing at our contact email with your enrollment ID.
3. Full and Partial Refunds
Full refund: cancellation within the cooling-off window meeting the access limits above. Partial refund: if you withdraw after start but before week two, we may refund fifty percent minus an administrative fee of KRW 50,000. After week two, tuition is non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Application fees, downloaded lab packs marked non-refundable, completed mentor intensive sessions, and promotional bundles labeled final sale are excluded from refund calculations.
5. Refund Process
Email refunds@share-channel.digital with your name, course, payment date, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within fourteen business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
Card refunds typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your card issuer. Bank transfers may take longer for domestic Korean accounts.
7. Cancellations by Us and Consumer Rights
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Korean consumer protection laws may grant additional rights for defective digital content; contact us if materials are substantially unavailable as described.
