Blended Schedules for Working Learners

Most participants in Dong-gu work daytime hours. Blended tracks release lab material Monday, hold live mentor sessions Wednesday 20:00 KST, and close the week with optional office hours Saturday morning.

Async does not mean alone: discussion threads have a forty-eight-hour mentor response target on business days. Submissions after midnight still count toward the week if timestamped before the Sunday cutoff.

Self-paced-with-mentor courses flip the ratio: eighty percent async, two scheduled checkpoints. We disclose expected hours upfront—usually ten to fifteen per week for standard tracks.

Childcare and shift work happen; extensions require email before the missed deadline. Automatic extensions are not guaranteed.
